Terms of Service

The service

EXOD builds, launches, and continuously optimizes Meta ad campaigns on your behalf, using your Meta ad account and Page. Every campaign EXOD creates starts paused — you (or EXOD, once you've enabled it) control when it actually goes live and starts spending. EXOD does not guarantee any particular advertising result, cost per lead, or return on ad spend.

Experimental technology — EXOD acts on its own

EXOD is the first system of its kind — nothing else operates the way it does, and it is genuinely experimental software. Once enabled, EXOD researches, writes, designs, targets, launches, pauses, and optimizes real ad campaigns on your Meta ad account autonomously, without asking your approval for any individual action.

Because you do not review or approve individual actions, EXOD can make mistakes. This includes launching or activating a campaign you didn't want live, targeting an audience you didn't expect, generating ad copy or creative you wouldn't have approved, or spending budget in a way you disagree with. You're responsible for monitoring your account and your Meta Ads Manager, and for pausing EXOD or any individual campaign if you want to stop further action.

EXOD is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXOD and its operators are not liable for any loss, ad spend, lost revenue, reputational harm, or other damage arising from EXOD's autonomous actions — including actions you did not want or expect.

Billing and refunds

Your first campaign is free, capped at $5/day in ad spend. Beyond that, any paid plan's billing terms will be presented before you're charged.

No refunds: all charges are final. This includes subscription fees, any charge after a free trial converts to a paid plan, and ad spend billed through your Meta ad account. Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund any amount already charged, and deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for complying with Meta's advertising policies. EXOD screens for Meta's commonly restricted categories before building a campaign, but that screen is not a legal determination — you remain responsible for what you advertise.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your business profile, Meta connection, campaigns, ad copy, and performance history from EXOD, and cannot be undone. It does not affect ads already running on Meta — pause or delete those directly in Meta Ads Manager. All charges are final — it does not entitle you to a refund.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or Meta's advertising policies. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
